Meet the Coaches

Nicole Santos (@runnergirlnicole) is the CEO, Head Coach of Soul and Strides, LLC. As a high school health education teacher, she has a BS in Health Education/Physical Education and is currently pursuing her MS Kinesiology. She offers 1:1 Run Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, Strength Training, and local + virtual private yoga classes. Learn more about Nicole and her mission, here.

Laura Hyland (@laurarunshappy) is an Assistant Coach of Soul and Strides, LLC. She offers 1:1 Run Coaching. By day, Laura is a special education teacher with various administrative responsibilities in education. As a runner, she is experienced in all terrain + distances, including numerous marathons, trail running, relays, & ultras.

Fun Fact: Laura is Nicole’s run coach! They were also both in each other’s weddings as bridesmaids. Our partnership goes beyond coaching - it’s a sisterhood.
