  • 1:1 Run Coaching - $150/Month

    This is for you if you are seeking support, accountability, and structure, from a Running Coach! Run Coaching is perfect for ALL runners, no matter the experience. This includes the beginners just getting started and the runners that already have a great routine but would like more structure and accountability.

    Personalized to YOU, I will structure days, weeks, and months of miles, adapted to your lifestyle, schedule and goals. Our training will include heart rate training and HR zone education, prescribed running workouts, and supportive road race preparation.

  • 1:1 Nutrition Coaching - $200/Month

    This is for you if you want to learn HOW to efficiently fuel your body pre run, post run, on and off the run, with the support and guidance from a Sports Nutrition Coach.

    Through Nutrition Coaching, you will discover how to fuel your body to support your performance goals. The tools you’ll learn will be adaptable to all phases and stages of life - training, or not training. The program includes science-backed nutrition education, macronutrient guidance, and endurance fueling tips and tricks.

  • Strength for Runners - $25/Month Group Program

    This is for you if you want a progressive training program, specifically geared towards runners, created by a Run Coach and Personal Trainer.

    Format: 2-3 Day Full-Body/4 Week Cycle

    Exercise modification per client discretion. All exercises are adaptable, with or without equipment.

  • 16-20 Week Training Plan - $100-$125

    This is for you if you have the knowledge and tools - you just need a personalized plan with prescribed paces and workouts!

    You will get a full, 16-20 week spreadsheet overview of your training via email. Training will be tailored to your goal race, your schedule, lifestyle, and current fitness. No 1:1 access with Coach after your 30 minute, free consultation, however, you will have access to our Team’s Facebook Community throughout your training!
